Husband of Donza Ann (Penny) Milstead; Father of Joseph "Larry" Milstead (Doris) and the late Charles "Kenny" Milstead. Also surviving are grandchildren, Larry Antionne Yates, Joseph Erik Milstead and Jomeika Erika Milstead, great and great great grandchildren, sisters, Eppie Thomas, Ruth Simmons and Regina Ross and a host of other relatives and friends.
