John Charles Heizmann, 62, of Waldorf, MD passed away on April 14, 2017. John was son of John Raymond Heizmann and Mary McDermott Heizmann. In addition to his parents, John was preceded in death by his loving wife, Ellen Teresa Molloy Heizmann. John is survived by his sons, Steven M. Heizmann and David M. Heizmann; his daughter, Katherine E. Heizmann; his brothers, Daniel Heizmann and Fred Heizmann; his sister, Mary Gise; and his grandchildren, Madelyn Beal and Kaleb Wagner.

John was a Master Mechanic with the U.S. Government Printing Office for the past 18 years. He was of the Catholic faith and a longtime parishioner of St. Peter's Catholic Church in Waldorf, MD. John loved his family, especially his grandchildren. He enjoyed going on fishing tournaments and coaching baseball for his two sons, Dave and Steve.

Friends received on Thursday, April 20, 2017 from 2-4PM and 6-8PM with Wake Service at 7PM at Raymond Funeral Service Chapel, 5635 Washington Avenue, La Plata, Maryland 20646. Mass of Christian Burial on Friday, April 21, 2017 at 10AM at St. Peter's Catholic Church, 3320 St. Peter's Drive, Waldorf, Maryland 20601. Interment to follow in the church cemetery.
