Jane Alberto Norris, 77, of La Plata, MD died on November 29, 2016 at University of MD Charles Regional Center in La Plata, MD. Jane was born in New York on February 17, 1939 to the late Ralph McConnell and the late Virginia McConnell. She is survived by her husband, Walter B. Norris, Jr.; and sons, Michael Norris, David Norris, Patrick Norris and Christopher Norris. Jane was a Major Nurse Practitioner in the US Airforce. Services will be private.
