Carol Ferry Bisagni, 78, of Waldorf, Maryland died November 20, 2016 at Holy Cross Hospital in Silver Spring, Maryland. She was the daughter of Joseph Ferry and Elsie Le Monte Ferry. In addition to her parents, she is also predeceased by her husband, Renato Bisagni.

Carol began her career as a legal secretary with a law firm in Washington, DC and went on to become a substitute teacher with the College of Southern Maryland and Charles County schools where she also volunteered with Special Education and Special Olympics. Some of the schools where she worked were Arthur Middleton Elementary School, Benjamin Stoddert Middle School, and the F. B. Gwynn Educational Center.

She also volunteered with Christmas in April and the Lioness Project. She was very active in her church, Our Lady Help of Christians Catholic Church, in Waldorf, Maryland where she served with the Catholic Daughters, Lector, Eucharistic Minister, and Parish Council.

She is survived by her sons, Joseph B. Bisagni and Lawrence A. Bisagni and his wife, Alessandra; her daughter, Carla M. Bisagni-Holmes and her husband Randall; her brother, Joseph Ferry Jr.; her sisters, Joan Ferry and Barbara Ferry. She is also survived by three nephews, two nieces, and a number of great-nephews and great-nieces.

Friends received on Wednesday, November 30, 2016 from 5:30PM until time of Mass of Christian Burial at 7PM at Our Lady Help of Christians Catholic Church, 100 Village Street, Waldorf, Maryland 20602.
