Marie Agnes "Maddie" Sosbe, 68, of La Plata, Maryland died October 29, 2016 Charles County Hospice House in Waldorf, Maryland.

Maddie was a medical receptionist for 30 years with doctors' offices. Prior to her work with doctors' offices, she had been a manager at the Besche-owned Quick Shops and later owner/operator of Twin Grills Catering. She was a graduate of Archbishop Neale School and a member of St. Ignatius Catholic Church Chapel Point. She loved working in her flower garden and helping others.

She was the daughter of Stefan Nalborczyk and Maria Kaczmaryk Nalborczyk. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Joseph and Volodimir Nalborczyk and her granddaughter, Katheryne Keefer-Fort.

She is survived by her husband of 39 years, Glenn Sosbe; her daughters, Denise Herbert and husband Boh, Christine Gatton and husband Bryan, Madyline Clements and husband Eddie, and Anna Proctor and husband Gus; her brothers, John Nalborczyk and wife Rosemary and Stefan Nalborczyk and wife Janie; her grandchildren, Gene and Matthew Herbert, Heidi Martin, Heather and Eddie Clements, Mikey and Robbie Mann, and Colin Proctor; and her great-grandchildren, Owen, Levi, Adelyn, Katheryne, and Robbie.

Friends received on Monday, November 7, 2016 from 9:30AM until time of Funeral Service at 11:30AM at Raymond Funeral Chapel, 5635 Washington Avenue, La Plata, Maryland 20646. Interment to follow at St. Mary's Catholic Church Cemetery, 11555 St. Mary's Church Road, Charlotte Hall, Maryland 20622. Memorials in Maddie's name may be sent to Charles County Hospice House, 2505 Davis Road, Waldorf, Maryland 20603. Arrangements by Raymond Funeral Service.
