Susan Raewyn Graham (Lisowski), 46, of Lusby, Maryland passed away peacefully in her sleep following a courageous and hard-fought battle with breast cancer on Oct. 6, 2016, at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland.

Born Nov. 22, 1969 she was the daughter of Leon Butch Lisowski and Janice Raewyn Leach. She is survived by her husband, Robert Hodges Graham; her daughter, Chelsi Leonna Flynn; stepchildren, Robert Michael Graham, Lorrie Ann Graham and Brandon Taylor Graham.

Also surviving are her sister, Patricia Maher (Lisow-ski); her brother, Brian Lisowski and sister-in-law, Michelle Lisowski; mother-in-law, Rosemary Loretta Graham; father-in-law, Robert Graham; and the father of her daughter, Patrick Joseph Flynn. She was preceded in death by her brother, Leon Butch Michael Lisowski Jr. She also leaves behind her two beloved dogs, Sierra and Chief.

A celebration of life will be held at St. Anthony's Park, 698 Hill Street, Dunmore from 1 to 7 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 15, 2016. It is requested that good tidings and personal presence be at the celebration of life event. A modest donation to the family is requested in lieu of any flowers.
