Frederick William Hall, 61, of Solomons, MD passed away on September 28, 2016 in Alexandria, VA. Fred was born in Baltimore, MD to Harvey H. Hall of Rochester, NY and the late Marie L. Hall on September 22, 1955. He graduated from Southern Cayuga Central High, Aurora, NY in1974.

Fred moved to Solomons, MD later that year and joined his beloved grandparents, the late Burton and Marguerite Dickman. It was then that he began working for the Prince George's County, MD Government. Fred was a devoted father and grandfather. Family was everything to him. He enjoyed fishing, being on the water, and his love of guns.

Fred is survived by his children, Joanna Newingham (James) of New Castle, PA and Joseph Hall (Chelsea) of Solomons, MD. Also Grand-Daughters Skylar and Madyson Newingham. As well as his former spouse Sharon Hall of Lexington Park, MD. He is also survived by his Sister, Cathy Stengel (Matt) of Buffalo, NY. Numerous Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, and Nephews. He was preceded in death by His sister Karen Guntrum.

Interment will be private. There will be a Celebration of Fred's life to be held at American Legion Post 274 in Lusby, MD on October 16th at 1:00pm.
