Ethel Joan Marie Key Hall, 85 of Newburg, Maryland, more affectionately called Joan, Momma Hall and Joanie was born Tuesday, April 14, 1931 in Washington, D.C. to the late Ethel Mae (Gales) Key and the late James Warren Key. She transitioned to eternal life at her home in Newburg, Maryland on Monday, September 26, 2016.

Mrs. Hall served as an Educator in the Charles County School System over 30 years and was a loyal steward over her Church and Community affairs. She loved ALL of "Her Children" and continued to substitute teach, assist with homeschooling and remained a mentor to many in the community until the time of her illness.
