Milton "Mike" James Novak, 87, of Charlotte Hall, MD and a previous long-time resident of Harford County, MD passed away June 11, 2016 in Charlotte Hall. Born February 4, 1929 in Baltimore, Maryland. He was a proud American veteran who served his country in Korea. He was the son of the late William Alfred Novak and Catherine Weber Novak.

Milton enjoyed watching Baltimore Orioles baseball games, Baltimore Ravens and Notre Dame Fighting Irish football games. He also enjoyed watching television, especially cowboy movies.

Predeceased by his parents and 11 siblings, Milton is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Page Hall Novak and his children: Gordon Francis Powell (Rita), Deborah Kathleen McConnaughey (Mark), Roland Michael Powell (Lois), Mary Dolores Novak, and David Milton Novak (Donna). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.

Family will welcome friends for visitation on Tuesday, June 21, 2016 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm at Brinsfield-Echols Funeral Home, P.A., 30195 Three Notch Road, Charlotte Hall, Maryland, immediately followed by a funeral service. Interment will be at 1:00 pm at Cheltenham Veterans Cemetery, 11301 Crain Highway, Cheltenham, MD 20623.
