Cora Jean Major, 82, of Indian Head, Maryland, died June 6, 2016 at her residence.

Cora was a homemaker who loved her dog, BB Too," and her horses. She was an accomplished equestrian and won many awards.

She was the daughter of Otto Albert Kriberney and Henrietta Catherine Raupp Kriberney. In addition to her parents, she was also predeceased by her husband, George David Major. She is survived by her sister, Julia A. Burris and a number of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
