Mary "Irma" Parsons, 93, of Waldorf, Maryland died June 2, 2016.

Irma was a bookkeeper for 40 plus years with Gardiner Equipment Co. in Waldorf, Maryland and a member of St. Peter's Catholic Church. She loved traveling, being with family and grandchildren, especially at holiday time.

She was the daughter of Joseph H. Howard and Mary Irma Mudd Howard. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, George A. Parsons. She is survived by her son, George A. Parsons, Jr.; her daughters, Linda Sackie, Michele "Shelly" Mitchell, and Teresa Dodd (John). Also survived by 9 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild.

Friends received on Thursday, June 9, 2016 from 10AM until time of Mass of Christian Burial at 11AM at St. Peter's Catholic Church in Waldorf, Maryland. Interment in church cemetery.
