Alice Louise Sandy, 66, of Mechanicsville, MD passed away April 19, 2016 at her residence. Born January 14, 1950 in La Plata, MD she was the daughter of Charles Floyd Hall, Sr. and Alice Louise Alvey Hall.

Alice worked as a bookkeeper and did accounting for Insurance Auto Auctions. She enjoyed coloring, gardening, listening to music, fishing, talking and playing with her grandchildren and petting her "grandcats'.

Predeceased by her parents, husband Albert Russell Sandy, Sr. and brother Charles Floyd Hall, Jr., Alice is survived by her children Albert Russell Sandy, Jr. of Mechanicsville, MD, Rebecca Lynn Sandy Grossman of LaPlata, MD and Wanda Elaine Sandy of Mechanicsville; siblings, David Hall, John Hall, Joseph Hall, Cora Goldsmith, Margaret Murphy, Linda Cusick and Charlene Martin; grandchildren, Steven Norris, Jr., Hayden Grossman, Essence Sandy, Camden Long, Tyler Sandy and many other adoptive children and grandchildren.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, April 23, 2016 from 10:00 – 12:00p.m. at Brinsfield-Echols Funeral Home, P.A., 30195 Three Notch Rd., Charlotte Hall, MD 20622.
