Sandra Lynn Chapman, 67, of Indian Head, Maryland died March 16, 2016 at the University of Maryland Charles Regional Medical Center in La Plata, MD.

Sandra was a Program Analyst for 30 years with the Department of Air Force (U.S. Government). She was very involved with her church and volunteered with Charles County Hospice. She loved her dogs and grand kids.

She was the daughter of Earl Lewis Smith and Dorothy Marguerite Sines Smith. She was also predeceased by her sons, Jeffrey Smith and Kevin Chapman and her sister, Brenda Herbert.

She is survived by her daughter, Carrie Bissonette and her husband William; her brothers, Richard Smith and Kenny Clark; her sister, Connie Brown; and her grandchildren, Summer, Jesse, Brandon, Katie, Emily, Hailey, and Natalie.

Friends received on Friday, March 25, 2016 from 3:30PM until time of Funeral Service at 5PM at the Waldorf Seventh Day Adventist Church, 11245 Berry Road, Waldorf, MD 20603. Interment on Saturday, March 26, 2016 at 1PM at the Taylor Sines Cemetery in Oakland, MD. Memorial contributions are asked to the American Cancer Society, PO Box 22478, Oklahoma City, OK 73123.
