James T. Bartlett II of Pomfret, Maryland, died at his home on Tuesday, January 5, 2016. He was 65 years old. Born on October 11, 1950 in Washington, DC, he was the son of the late Marcia M. Bartlett and the late James T. Bartlett.

Mr. Bartlett owned and operated a hauling business, known as Bartlett Containers. He enjoyed cycling, scuba diving and reading.

He is survived by his sons James T. Bartlett III, Mason S. Bartlett and Carson A. Bartlett; his sisters Barbara Klein and Bonnie Schilling; his grandson James T. Bartlett IV.

Visitation on Friday, January 8, 2016 from 10AM until time for service to begin at 11AM at the Raymond Funeral Service, P.A. 5635 Washington Avenue La Plata, MD 20646.
