Mary "Diane" Stine, 67, of Cobb Island, MD passed away on November 15, 2015 at Hospice of Charles County, Waldorf, MD. Diane was born in Rock Point, MD on April 20, 1948 to the late Douglas Thomas Wise and Louise (Hayden) Wise. She is also predeceased by her brothers, Thomas Wise and Carol Wise; and sister, Betty Jane McGinn.

Diane is survived by her daughters, Lisa Marie Stine, Melissa Ann Stine and Dianna Lynn Swann; sisters, Marian Melillo, Shirley Rollins, Patsy Goldsmith, Nancy Anderson; and brothers, Billy Wise and Donnie Wise. Diane has six grandchildren: Samantha Stine, Justin Stine, Kyle Swann, Colin Stine, Kaitlyn Swann and Mason Stine; and one great-grandchild, Cooper Snow.

Diane was a long term employee of Captain John's Restaurant. She enjoyed sharing her life with Harvey James (Topper) Stine.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, November 19, 2015 at Holy Ghost Church, 15848 Rock Point Rd., Newburg, MD 20664 from 10:00 to 11:00 AM with a Memorial Service starting at 11:00 AM. Father Gregory Coan will officiate. Interment to follow in the Church Cemetery.

A Repass will be held at the Cobb Island Fire Department. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to Hospice of Charles County, 2505 Davis Rd., Waldorf, MD 20603. Arrangements provided by Arehart-Echols Funeral Home
