Helen "Mimi" Clark, 80, of La Plata died comfortably at the Charles County Hospice House in Waldorf, MD. She was born on February 13, 1935 in Hagerstown, MD to the late Charles and Marjorie Klahr. She is also predeceased by her brother Thomas M. Klahr.

She worked for Thomas V. Mike Miller, Jr. as his secretary for over 30 Years. She was a member of The Grace Lutheran Church in La Plata, MD were she enjoyed spending time volunteering.

She is survived by her husband Arvel B. Clark, Jr., sons, Arvel B. Clark, III "Bernie", Charles C. Clark "Chris"; daughters, Denise R. Hall, Stephanie L. Potter, and Allison K. Macavley. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends on Sunday November 15, 2015 from 1 to 4 PM at the Arehart-Echols Funeral Home La Plata, MD and November 16, 2015 11 AM until service time at 12 noon at the Grace Lutheran Church La Plata, MD. Interment to follow at the Resurrection Cemetery Clinton, MD.
