Ethel Louise Bissinger, age 95 of Waldorf, MD died on September 24, 2015 at the Morningside House in Waldorf, MD. She was the daughter of Joseph Wrba and Anna Bartels Wrba and was married to Edwin Bissinger. Funeral services and interment will take place at a later date in New York.
