Gary Edward Morgan, of White Plains, Maryland passed away on Sunday, May 24, 2015 surrounded by family and friends. He was 69 years old. Born on July 17, 1945 in Frostburg, MD he was the son of the late Betty June Morgan McKenzie and the late George Morgan. Gary served in the U. S. Air F

orce during Vietnam before being Honorably Discharged at the rank of Airman First Class. He then joined the Maryland State Police as a State Trooper and served for many years before retiring. Gary loved to travel, play in Texas Hold'em Tournaments, shooting Craps in a casino and just be at the beach, listening to the ocean waves. He was a member of the American Legion Post in Waldorf, the Mechanicsville Moose and the Waldorf Elks.

He is survived by his children Kelly Jo Burch and her husband Michael, Wade Edward Morgan and his wife Tisha; the mother of his two children Robin Trotter; his grandchildren Michelle Burch, Buddy Morgan, and Cole Morgan; his fiancée Linda Lou Mobley, her three children Brad, Deana, Wes and eight grandchildren; and his buddy Angel.

Visitation on Thursday, May 28, 2015 from 5PM to 8PM and on Friday, May 29, 2015 from 10AM until time of services to begin at 11AM at the Raymond Funeral Service, P.A. 5635 Washington Avenue La Plata, MD 20646. Interment to follow at Trinity Memorial Gardens in Waldorf, MD.
