Franklin "Slim" Monroe Hall, 82, of Gallant Green, (Waldorf) MD died on March 26, 2015 at Sagepoint Rehabilitation Center in La Plata, MD. He was born on March 22, 1933 he was the son of the late Percy and Aminette Hall.

Franklin served active duty in the Army from 1953 to 1955 and served in the Reserves until 1961 as a sergeant. He was Life Member at Post 238 American Legion in Benedict, MD.

Franklin is survived by his wife Rosina Hall, sons, Terry Hall (Yolanda), Kenneth Hall, daughter, Ann Margie (Kurt Wustner), sister, Hattie Windsor, brother, Marshall Hall, grandchildren, Terrany Harless, Travis Hall, Chasity Allen, Ken Hall Jr., Casey Hall, great grandchildren, Dylon, Deric and Shiloh Thomas and Taylee Hall. He is also survived by many family members and friends and co-workers that loved him and will miss him dearly.

Family and friends will be received for Franklin's Visitation on Monday, March 30, 2015 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with a Funeral Service at 7:00 p.m. at Brinsfield-Echols Funeral Home, P.A., 30195 Three Notch Road, Charlotte Hall, MD 20622. Interment will be on Tuesday, March 31, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at Trinity Memorial Gardens, 3221 Mattawoman Beantown Road, Waldorf, MD 20601.

Pallbearers will be: Brian Howe, Jeff Howe, Ricky King, David Murphy, Anthony Hall and Scottie Hall. Honorary Pallbearers will be: Joseph P. Howe, Morris E. Howe, Marvin Pitts, Joe Windsor and Paul Windsor, Jr. Back-up Pallbearers will be: Gary Kozlowski and Joe Wustner. Arrangements provided by Brinsfield-Echols Funeral Home.
