George Anthony Beuchert, Sr., 67, of Hughesville, MD passed away on Monday, November 17, 2014 at Hospice House of Charles County in Waldorf, MD. He was born on February 22, 1947 in Washington, DC to the late Jerome Joseph Beuchert and the late Jessie Richards Beuchert.

George worked as a Superintendent for Beuchert Excavating . He was a Fan of the Washington Nationals and the Washington Redskins. George was the lead guitarist and backup singer for his band called, Sundown . He enjoyed cruising the Caribbean, and traveling to Williamsburg, VA and Ocean City, MD, especially with his family who he loved so dearly.

In addition to his parents, George was predeceased by his brother, John Dale Beuchert and Jerome Joseph Beuchert Jr.
George is survived by his loving wife, Audrey Beuchert, sons, George A. Beuchert, Jr, of Hughesville, MD, Kyle O. Beuchert of Hughesville, MD, daughter, Stacy Denise Hawkins (Calvin) of Fort Washington, MD, brother, Richard Beuchert of Hughesville, MD, sister Catherine Beuchert of Great Mills, grandchildren, Carley Rene Beuchert, Kayla Elizabeth Hawkins and Theresa Francis Hawkins.

Family will receive friends for George's Life Celebration Viewing on Friday, November 21, 2014, from 4pm to 8pm at Brinsfield-Echols Funeral Home, P.A. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, November 22, 2014 at 11:00 am at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 13715 Notre Dame Place, Bryantown, MD 20617 with Father Rory T, Conley officiating. Interment will be at Immanuel United Methodist Church Cemetery, 17400 Aquasco Road, Brandywine, MD 20613. Pallbearers will be: Joe Beuchert, Calvin Hawkins, Oscar Guzman Martinez, Brock Ballard, Dudley Priest and Roland Toye.
