Al Owens, 46, of Lexington Park, MD died on November 15, 2014 at his residence. Born on June 30, 1968, in Centralia, IL he is the son of the late Raymond P. Owens and Katie Lou Owens of Lexington Park, MD.

Al enjoyed gardening with his late father, hunting, playing video games and watching Super Natural. He was an excellent cook and kept an immaculate home. He had an extensive DVD collection. He enjoyed his pet cat, Flash and pet dog, Kate. However, his greatest love was spending time with his family, especially his niece, nephew and great nephew.

In addition to his mother, he is also survived by his sister, Angelia Gawne and her husband, David of Lexington Park, MD; his nephew, Zachary Gawne of Lexington Park, MD; his niece, Tabitha Gawne of Hollywood, MD and his great-nephew, Landon Arron Allwine of Hollywood, MD. He is preceded in death by his father.
