Albert L. Robinson, 70, of Prince Frederick, MD passed away at his home on May 20, 2012. Albert was born in Prince Frederick, MD to the late James Briscoe and Della Gatton Robinson.
Besides his parents, he is predeceased by his siblings, James B. Robinson and Nellie Mae Carpenter.
Albert was a typical old time Calvert County man, he was born here, lived here all his life, farmed during the season and worked as a carpenter when not farming. He was also the first Chief of Huntingtown Vol. Fire Dept. Co#6.
Albert is survived by his wife, Linda Lou Robinson, of Prince Frederick, father of David D. Robinson and his wife Cathy of Sunderland, and Tania D. Milstead and her husband Roy of Prince Frederick. Grandfather of Nathan and Kelsi Robinson, Justine, Allison, and Kacie Milstead, he is also survived by Sister Marion Puntigan and Brother Charles O. Robinson.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday May 22, 2012 at the Rausch Funeral Home, P.A., 4405 Broomes Island Road, Port Republic, MD from 5-8 PM where services will be held on Wednesday May 23, 2012, 11 AM. Interment is private.

Condolences: Click to View or Post Sandra “Sandie” Elaine Raley-Tippett, 57 of Hollywood, MD passed away peacefully on May 19, 2012 at home on Clarkes Landing Rd., Hollywood, MD with her loving family, after an intense battle with Non-Hoskins Double Hit Lymphoma. Sandie was born May 6, 1955 in Washington, DC; she was the daughter of Marie B. Raley-Burch of Callaway, MD, she was preceded in death by her father Ralph I. Raley, step-father F. Elliott Burch, Sr. and her step-daughter, Denise Nicholson.
She is survived by her husband Joseph Albert Tippett, brother Garry M. Raley, Sr. (Jeanne) of Callaway, MD, and step-daughter Karen Casamento (Steve) of King George, VA.
Sandie retired from her career as a DOD employee after 37 years in January 2011. Her last position was with OSD’s Defense Acquisition University, Mid-Atlantic Region where she served as their Director of Operations. She had worked for the Navy for 30 of the 37 years in support of various programs/positions/acquisition (i.e., for Naval Air Systems Command/Naval Air Warfare Center, particularly 18 years as Project Coordinator, Resources Manager, and Class Desk Analyst for the V-22 Osprey Program, she also served as the United States Navy Test Pilot School, Budget Officer/Manager along with analyst positions in support of the Base Housing Office, Naval Air Test Center, Systems Engineering Test Directorate and Naval Air Station, Public Works.) Sandie received the Department of the Navy “Meritorious Civilian Service Award” and “Superior Civil Service Award, along with numerous other awards, coins, and accommodations (i.e., one as Miss Public Works) over her Federal Government career.
Sandie loved spending time with her husband Joe, with whom she shared many interests, such as dogs, fishing, little league baseball sports spectators, playing cards, dancing, also included Business Manager of Joe Tippett Construction, served as Secretary/Treasurer of Southern Maryland Coon Hunters’ Association for 25 plus years as well as United Kennel Club (UKC) Bench Show Judge. She enjoyed playing softball in the St. Mary’s County Softball League (Bill Cairns Pontiac, Tippett’s Texaco (Uncle Clem’s Girls), American Legion, and Take-It- Easy-Ranch) where she was once a player on the Maryland State Champion Team in 1979 (Take-It-Easy-Ranch) as well as two county championship titles (American Legion and Take-It-Easy-Ranch), she also was a player/member and Secretary/Treasurer of the Monday Night Duckpin Bowling League (Thrift Oil Company). She also enjoyed and played league volleyball as well (Tippett’s Texaco). Joe and Sandie traveled frequently in recent years to their retirement get-a-way spot in Warsaw, VA.

Angelina Marie Culpepper of Waldorf, MD died on Friday, May 18, 2012 at her residence. She was 21 years old.
Angelina was a student at Pensacola Christian College in FL where she was studying to be a nurse and was a graduate of Capitol Baptist School in Dover, DE where she excelled in volleyball, basketball, and cheerleading. Always known as a friend to others and loved her turtle “Firecracker.”
Daughter of the living Robert Edward Culpepper, Jr. and the living Terri Lee Penrod Culpepper.
Predeceased by paternal grandfather, Robert Culpepper, Sr.; maternal grandmother, Norma Penrod; and Robert Becker.
Survived by her parents, Robert Edward and Terri Lee Culpepper, Jr. of Waldorf, MD; four uncles, Bill Culpepper, Buddy Goddard, John Becker, and Steve Veiga; five aunts, Ann Walker, Debbie Goddard, Susan Becker, Jae Veiga, and Lisa Culpepper; paternal grandmother, Dorothy Culpepper; and maternal grandfather, John (Nancy) Penrod. Also survived by a number of cousins.
Visitation: Wednesday, May 23, 2012 from 10AM until time of service at 12 Noon at Raymond Funeral Chapel, 5635 Washington Avenue, La Plata, MD 20646.
