On-line Resource for Government Product Recalls
To provide better service in alerting the American people to unsafe, hazardous or defective products, six federal agencies with vastly different jurisdictions have joined together to create www.recalls.gov -- a "one stop shop" for U.S. Government recalls. You can obtain the latest recall information, report a dangerous product, or learn important safety tips. Participating agencies include the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission; the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration; the United States Coast Guard; the Food and Drug Administration; the U.S. Department of Agriculture; and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. |
