The St. Mary's County 4-H Program is part of the Cooperative Extension Service, University of Maryland System, College Park. VISION As a recognized leader for educating youth, the St. Mary's County 4-H Program teaches youth to become competent, caring, responsible individuals by addressing present and emerging youth needs; employing a proactive approach: using a focused, experientially designed, age-appropriate curriculum; working collaboratively with established networks of human and financial resources; and having diverse programs, audiences, staff, and delivery techniques. | |
