Founded in 1956, the Charles County Chamber of Commerce is a private, not-for-profit organization of more than 875 member businesses representatives. The Chamber is governed by its Board of Directors and Executive Committee, who set policy on behalf of the full membership. This program of work is carried out by a dedicated staff and over 15 committees of more than 100 energetic volunteers. The members of the Charles County Chamber of Commerce provide leadership in supporting and promoting the free enterprise system through business development, education, and sound ethical values for the benefit of our members and our community.
