25-YO Waldorf Woman Caught Shoplifting at Burlington Coat Factory

On May 12 at 1 p.m., Charles County Sheriff's officers responded to Burlington Coat Factory at 3286 Crain Highway in Waldorf for the shoplifter in custody report. Investigation revealed Jasmine Tulania Benson, 25, of Waldorf concealed merchandise and attempted to leave the business without paying. Benson was charged with Theft Less Than $100 and is being held at the Charles County Detention Center pending an appearance before the District Court Commissioner. Officer J. Walter investigated.
